Looking for a running/biking/hiking/general excercise, partner m4w
I'm looking for someone who wants to be serious about getting fit with me to help me be motivated, and for me to help you be motivated. Its always an easier workout if you have company. I run an-aerobiy/aerobiy every other morning and do either biking or free weights the other days. I am open to doing any of them at any time, that is just the routine I have fallen into. I live in Midcity. I've always been active but not like I am now. I have run two 5k and two 5 mile races so far but I want to do a lot more, my next one is "The Turkey Day Race" (5 Miles) on Thanksgiving. I have extra weight but its falling off like crazy. , but that is changing fast. I already have a great muscle base from being active, just have to get the fat layer off, lol. I'm well educated and I love technology/sci-fi/reading, I'll read pretty much anything on paper. I guess I could be somewhat of a geek, I'm a network engineer. Height/Weight/Age/Race, none matter to me. So if you are interested in getting sweaty and burning some fat (even if you don't have any fat and just need a workout partner) then shoot me an email :)
